Yoga

As opposed to Yoga Flow, this class is a more relaxing and at a slower pace. While it is slower paced, it is still challenging and helps to build your core muscles.  Yoga is great for men and women. This class welcomes all levels from beginners to experts.  It is done with the lights turned off to help with relaxation and focusing on your own body.  We provide mats, but if you prefer to bring your own, please feel free to do so.
