A vigorous workout in which our instructors will push your legs as hard as you can push them. Focus on interval training and resistance to burn the maximum amount of calories possible. Class will be a mix of getting off the bike free weight exercises and getting back on the bike. The class is as challenging as you make it and everyone’s abilities differ. Be sure to bring a towel and water because you will most definitely be glistening with sweat at the end of this class. The bikes are equipped with toe clips for those who are avid bikers.
